Advice from the big ah beng

Yesdae at toa payoh gym, got this huge ah beng with tattoo telling someone how he always gyms without eating anything before that. i took that advice and started gyming 10 minutes after i woke up this morning.

Ez barbell wide grip

Hammer curls( my fav!)

Ez barbell wide reverse grip

Ez barbell narrow grip
