Heyyo. First blog post. Haha gp test was quite screwed. haiz. nvm. this blog is mainly for my gym stuff cos each time i write the weights i have done on a piece of paper, it will go missing the next day. haizz dun think im gyming tmrw cos forearms sore(mon tabata), chest back sore(tuesday session) and deltoids(today). so here goes:
