If you want respect, Never back down

rotator cuff feeling better but still giving it more rest in case it dies again. went to bishan gym after math class. met johnny. haha chestman was also there happily benching. haiz i think i can only start benching heavy after one month or so. arghhhh damn i want to bench like next weeek.
