Dumbbell Rows
17.5kg x 14

30kg x 8 (30kg is the heaviest there sadly)

Seated rows
4 sets increasing load

Lat pull down
5 sets using random grip but same weight

Stiff-legged deadlift
60kg x 10
80kg x 6
90kg x 3

Dumbbell shrugs
20kg x 12
22.5kg x 10
25kg x 8
25kg x 7

Superset Abs machine with biceps curl machine

Abs machine
50kg x 12
55kg x 10
59kg x 10

Biceps curl machine
