Henshin

the gym wasn't opened so fawaz and zul, wait thats me, decided to do pull ups for back workout. of course they weren't your everyday pull ups. cos who the hell does pull ups everyday? if anyone of you is doing that, STOP now. Cause its obviously overtraining which explains why you guys have puny backs and complain about not growing. one more fing. when you do pull ups, do it properly, not like someone who literally jerks his way up, which trains absolutely nothing except for your jerking skills. try 212 for a start. 2 seconds up 1 sec rest den 2 seconds down. even if you cant do alot with this form, its better than jerking your way up like some toot. wanna grow big? train hard and eat eat eat eat eat eat and sleep alot. yeap you read 6 'eat's cause if you wanna grow big, you have to eat big.
