shut up and squat

went to yio chu kang gym alone yesdae to train legs. could barely walk after the session so i sat down at the squash court to rest awhile. now now shut up and squat. haha.

Leg press
4 sets x 12

Hack squats
4 sets x 12

Standing hamstring curl
4 sets x 12

Lying hamstring curl
2 sets x 12

Legs extension
4 sets x 12

Calf raises
6 sets x 15

next week gonna do some heavy ass squats and deadlifts. so heavy that everyone will feel sorry for the damn bar :D
