last day of school

got back results slip today. not very nice haha. last day of school? crap. there's still pw and a hell lot of remedial econs classes to attend. gymed with nam nam today.

Overhead triceps extension superset with alternate overhead extension
3 sets x 17.5kg

did some abs after that.
