Flat dumbbell press
22.5kg x 6 x 3 sets

20 incline dumbbell press
17.5kg x 6 x 3 sets

Flat flyes
12.5kg x 6 x 3 sets

Chest dips
6 reps x 3 sets

did some abs and calves.
