left calf and shin out - things keep banging into them
left knee out - must be bad form from squats
left forearm out - prob muscle tear (hopefully), no fractures please

i am on the same ground as byakuya as of now. whee.

now 1/5 through a yoyo trick i created and named 'Espada'.

im gonna use pounds from now on, try at least.
