i lurveee this feeling. super sore legs. i swear its cos of the below parallel squats. if below parallel squats make you THIS sore, man... i can't imagine what ass-to-grass squats gonna make you feel.

it's 5 pm saturday, still no work done! no mugging done! die!

tarian damn syiok sia. i mean tarian is like after my weights training on wed and sat. i mean, going for tarian after lifting weights, approriate isn't it?
