this is where i left off...
Barbell Curl - 50kg x 3
Military press - 50kg x 8
Barbell rows - 90kg x 3
Hang Clean - 60kg x 3
Flat bench press - 90kg
Incline bench press - 70kg x 2
Squat - 100kg
Stiff legged deadlift - 160kg
1st recovery week. pain is weakness leaving the body.
feels really good to be back. all the crazy people around me. all the familiar faces.
and i bet the 20kg plates, barbell and dumbbells in the gym miss me hell lot. i miss u guys too.
but i miss you more.
