GYM
Yesterday was chest/shoulders/triceps. Today i blasted my back and biceps. Tmr gonna fire cannon my legs till i cant walk babehhh. Strength still at like 60 percent oni and cannot do pull ups cos of the dayumn wounds. good to see the j1s working their asses off, some of them pretty strong.

Yi Jung and Zhi Ying motivated me to practise my smile in front of the mirror. its damn shiok sendiri but whatever. im glad i did it, cos after a while i realised that i look like wargreymon.
