Gonna start posting my workouts here for reference.
Chest/Back
Angry Bench
60kg x 10 sets x random reps (Form check)
Finally able to bench without elbows going past the bench pad.
Singles Flat Bench
80kg x 1 rep x 5 sets
Triples Incline Bench (PR)
60kg x 3 reps x 10 sets
Barbell rows
warmed up with 60kg and 80kg.
working set - 100kg x 6 reps x 8 sets (BIG PR)
Barbell shrugs - 100kg x 20 reps x 5 sets
40kg Incline Bench to failure - 19 reps.
Machine pullovers
Encounter with Joel Tan Xian Sheng made me rethink about taking creatine. He could bench 100kg x 8 in sec 4 with creatine. Now that he's stopped taking creatine, he's struggling with half reps of 70kg. But it helped him get to a bodyweight of 98kg. Hmm...Can't believe i had to teach him how to bench.
