Time to Explode

Ding Dong

I am very small and weak.

My puny biceps can only curl 50kg. (The same ones that beat everyone except one in arm wrestling)

My drooping shoulders can only overhead press 60kg.

My small pecs can only bench 90kg.

My stick legs can only squat 100kg.

My weak and fragile lower back can only stiff-legged deadlift 160kg.

My tiny lats can only barbell row 90kg.

My traps are so weak they can only shrug 120kg.

And sadly I only have like 3 years of experience. I am clueless.

Just the other day, i thought i was training my calves and quads when i was doing bicep curls.

It took me a few hours of research to realise that bicep curls work the biceps.

I need guidance.

And next time you have any questions about me.

Don't ask me, ask other people because I don't know myself and I hardly get to see my own body. (You won't believe me anyway haha)

People like me need to take weight gainer, nitric oxide, protein, creatine and maybe some ovaltine.
